Senior Vice President, Strategic Manufacturing, is responsible for the global manufacturing direction of the group. More than 30 years of experience in motor component manufacturing, motor production processes, and the utilization of machines & fixtures.

JIM DICK
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, he has 30 years experience in high technology management throughout the world. Prior to joining Johnson Electric in 1999, he held executive positions with IBM in Europe, Xerox in the USA, and Emerson (Astec) in Hong Kong. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Paisley.

 

ROB GILLETTE
Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Services, prior to joining Johnson Electric in 2007, he worked for Emerson Electric Company and was the Vice President, Global Sourcing for the Climate Technology Group. Aside from his extensive experience in global sourcing, Rob has had significant cross functional experience in Operations, Engineering and Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington University School of Engineering, and a MBA (Production/Operation, Finance) from Vanderbilt University.

KAM CHIN KO
Senior Vice President , Automotive Products Group - Asia, he joined Johnson Electric in 1988 and in previous positions led the Components and Services Group and the Corporate Engineering function. He holds a MSc degree in Manufacturing System Engineering from the University of Warwick, U.K. He is a charter member in the Forming Technologies Association of Society of Manufacturing Engineers and a member of Institute of Industrial Engineers.
 

BARRY KYDD
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined Johnson Electric in 2006. He is a chartered accountant with experience in multinational engineering and manufacturing companies, including the Hawker Siddeley Group, BOC Group and Lucent Technologies. He has held senior business unit financial positions and subsidiary company governance roles. From 2002-2005 he was EVP & CFO of Aliant Inc., one of Canada's leading Information and Communications Technology companies.

PETER LANGDON
Senior Vice President, Human Resources, joined Johnson Electric in December 2007 following an extensive career in Human Resources, and in Health, Safety & Environmental Engineering with major, global, industrial and energy sector companies. He holds both Bachelor's (Hons.) and Master's degrees in Politics and Economics. He is responsible for assisting all the members of the management team in meeting their business goals while ensuring Johnson Electric remains an inclusive and equitable place of employment where the safety of all workers, the environment and our communities of location are paramount.

YUE LI
Senior Vice President, Engineering, has over 20 years experience in motor and motion control product development. Prior to joining Johnson Electric in 2004, he was Director of New Products at the US Motors Division of Emerson Electric, Director of Power Electronics and Controls of Carrier Corporation and Vice President, Product Management of Emergency-One Inc. He obtained B.Sc. and Ph. D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing and the University of Wisconsin respectively.

MARC-OLIVIER LORENZ
Senior Vice President, Automotive Products Group - Europe and the Americas, he is responsible for leading the Automotive Motors Group in Europe and the Americas, as well as continuing to lead the Automotive Actuator and Switches operations of Saia-Burgess. He joined Saia-Burgess in 1999 and held the position of Deputy Director Automotive until 2001 when he was appointed Director Automotive Division. Prior to joining Saia-Burgess, he held several executive positions with Dana Corporation. He holds a degree in Business Administration from University of HEC Lausanne in Switzerland.
