Printed Electronics: Principle of Operation

Conductive and dielectric inks can be printed onto plastic substrates, typically PET to create electronic circuits. Circuitry can be populated with SMD technology as well as having a variety of different materials laminated to the substrate. These include but are not limited to: spacers, adhesives, protective films and secondary circuits/ conductive shorting pads. The completed assembly can be installed on a flat surface or flexed to fit around a radius.
